Brian Findlay - President & Chief Executive Officer, over 25 years of experience in financing & investment industry, with a strong background in managing, financing and administration of public companies. Brian has participated in the raising of over $200 million in investment capital for a number of junior resource and technology companies.
David M. Jenkins - P.Geo, a senior Geologist and mining consultant, David brings over 40 years of technical and managerial experience in the mining industry; serving with Placer development Limited for 18 years and junior/senior mining company clients for over 20 years. He worked extensively in Central America as General manger of Placer Development's regional mineral exploration subsidiary and later as Vice-President for Triton Mining Corporation that operated gold mines in Nicaragua and North America. He has had considerable exposure to mining in Argentina, having operated more than 12 projects there over an eight year period when he served as Vice-President to junior mining companiesoperating in the country. He has managed programs exploring porophry copper, epithermal gold, lead/zinc/ silver, gold/silver and magnesite projects that materially contributed to the development of six mines in five different countries. David is particularly interested in industrial minerals and has worked on borate, lithium clays, glass sand, gypsum and diamonds among other industrial minerals.
Ben Ainsworth - P.Eng, a senior Geologist and mining consultant, Ben brings over 40 years of experience in the mining industry; serving with Placer Development Limited for more than 20 years and junior/senior mining company clients for over 20 years. He worked extensively in Chile, Mexico and with some exposure to Argentina. In addition to porphyry projects, VMS and sediment hosted lead/zinc deposits in various sectors of South America he has also worked on projects that included borates, lithium clays and other industrial minerals. Other projects in recent years that Ben has played a significant role in developing includes the Athabasca uranium deposits in Northern Saskatchewan, including the large uranium discovery of Hathor Exploration Ltd.
